Very Narrow Aisle Racking System (VNA)
In Very Narrow Aisle Racking System, pallet racks are placed much closer compared to other racking system, fully utilizing both area space and height. This system is design to provide high-density storage with total selectivity.
Pallet are 100% selective and can be accessed with special VNA truck guided by rails or wire induction system build into the floor. Latest trend in handling equipment is the use of Articulated Forklift, which can lift pallets up to 14 meter high with savings of more than 3 times the use of guided truck. This makes better use of space, while maintaining selectivity.

Double Deep Pallet Racking System
Double Deep is similar to selective racking, but pallets are stored two racks deep instead of one. This system requires specialized pallet handling equipment, either a specialized forklift or a standard unit fitted with a pantograph or telescopic forks to reach the second pallet location.
The system offer business a space-efficient alternative to standard pallet racking by reducing the number of access aisles.

Drive-In Racking System
Drive-In Racking System can be designed to store 2 to 10 pallets deep to provide maximum use of space and is frequently used in cold room storage. Working on Principle of 'First In Last Out' (FILO), it is particularly used to store very large quantities of the same product.
Drive-Through Racking System works on 'First In First Out' (FIFO) principle, separating the loading and picking aisles for efficient handling, therefore higher throughput. Suitable for pallets that are date - sensitive.

Flow Rack Storage System
Flow Rack / Pallet Live Storage System are compact structures which have built-in rollers on each beam level of the racking system, resulting in moving the stored items to the picker. This type of system is suitable for use across many business sectors mainly in stationary, electronics, food, pharmaceutical and music industries to name a few. Operating on the principle 'First In First Out', the combination possibilities are endless from small part to palletized, or even combining this with an integrated conveyor belt / drive to maximize picking options.
The system uses the conveyor rollers of the highest standards ensuring durability and reliability. It comes complete with entry guides, pallet separators, brake rollers and end-stops. This system is also ideal for usage in cold rooms which offer FIFO operations and high density storage.

Mobile Racking System
Mobile Racking System is capable of increase storage capacity by additional 80% in comparison to static selective racking system. This system is conventional pallet racking placed on a guided mobile base that moves closer to one another, opening the aisle that is required.
These bases can be controlled by remote through using low maintenance electric motors. The mobile bases run on rails perfectly in-laid into the floor.

Satellite Racking System
Satellite, also known as Pallet Shuttle System, is a semi-auto-mated system that stores and retrieves pallets from multiple deep racking using a remote controlled MiT - Satellite Radio System carrier shuttle. Pallets move on a carrier that sits on rails installed onto the racking system, thereby allowing for easy back and forth retrievals.
This semi-automated storage system does not require the forklift to enter lanes for storing and retrieval, reducing the handling time and the risk of accident or damage to the racking structure. The Pallet Shuttle system offers a compact storage solution that reduces operating costs and improves performance in the supply chain.

M-SPAN Racking System
M-Span also known as Long Span racking is ideal for storage of small and medium weight load items.
M-Span racking is designed for hand loading storage where products are stored on beams or shelves. The system can also be designed for use as a multi-tier structure depending on load capacities and floor requirements.
Plywood, steel deck and wire mesh grating can be used as storage shelves for this system. Floor mesh grating, plywood or steel plate as the flooring for multi-tier mezzanine.

M7 Modular Shelving System

Multi-Level Racking System
Requires flexibility in storage of various size of items, the Multi-Level Racking design can be used to store medium and small parts. This system facilitates the creation of additional levels for storage by using the available vertical space in the warehouse. Access to the platform levels via structural steel staircase.
However, a good lift can also be incorporated into the racking system. All the open sides are fitted with tubular steel handrails and kick plates to ensure safety of users. Loading gate can also be provided on each level / floor and from there pickers can be chosen from either plywood or steel mesh grating. Steel joist and bracket are designed to support the floor loading required.
